Booking Information:
- Reservation: For mutual safety reasons, please remit deposit within 2 days after booking and call us so we can keep the room for you. Please inform us with this number: +886-920-995511
- Deposit rules: 50% of the total room price of first day in usual day, during the Lunar New Year, please pay 100% of total rent in advance.
- Please inform us of your last four digits of remittance account number and the amount to confirm the booking.
- If you are unable to remit the deposit in our assigned time after booking, your reservation will be canceld directly without any notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Please present your identity card for registration and pay the balance (in cash) while check-in.
- Check-in time: After 15:00 (the latest check-in time is 20:00, if any special circumstances please inform us in advance as possible).
- Check out time: Before 11:00
- Bed and Breakfast are provided with toiletries.
- Please stay overnight according to the number of people of reservations. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of occupants, please be sure to inform us early, otherwise THREE B&B has the right to refuse your stay and confiscate the deposit.
- In order to maintain the living quality of THREE B&B : After 23:00, please do not make noise and lower the volume while going in/out the door as you can.
- There is a small pool in the corner of THREE B&B garden. Do not leave your children alone in the courtyard.
- Do not use personal extra electrical appliances (except mobile phone chargers) to avoid danger.
- Please lock the doors and windows and turn off the electrical appliances before leaving.
- Please keep your personal and valuables, THREE B&B will not be responsible for any losing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Interior furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, ornaments, drawings, utensils, bath towel series ... and so on are all the property of THREE B&B, please do not carry out. The above items, if damaged, please pay compensation according to the price.
- THREE B&B is located in a small community and the remote control of community gate will be provided. If gate remote control is damaged or lost , a compensation will be asked by 700 NTD.
- Please remember to return the room key and remote control of community gate while leaving.
- Please inform us in advance If you have a pet and prepare your own pet cage.
- In order to maintain the living quality in THREE B&B, please follow the rules below: No smoking indoors, No excessive drinking, No gambling, No cooking, Do not jump on the bed, Do not make noise. ANY improper behavior which may damage the furniture, artistic productions and any other items in THREE B&B is NOT allowed.
- To Guarantee both tenant and the host's rights and interests , tenant can't remove or turn off any monitors in public area . THREE B&B has the right to refuse your stay and confiscate the amount.
- To keep the environmental clean, B&B will not provide disposable toothbrush ,disposable towel and bottled water initiative. Sorry for inconvenience.
- Please make sure that you've already read and follow the rules above when staying in the THREE B&B
Intimate service:
- Pottery DIY services by burning fire is provided. (Please make an appointment in advance)
- Tickets for boating, whale watching, Ocean Park and Chao-Feng Ranch.
- Free pick-up service from Hualien train station to THREE B&B and baggage check-in.
- Package trip in Hualien, 1 day or more than one days trip can be arranged.
- Free travel advisory services is provided.
Unsubscribe notice:
- Reservation in THREE B&B is not allowed to be postponed in 3 days before the check-in date (except for irresistible factors) and the extension of deposit will be reserved for 3 months (booking can be postponed only once) and please re-book without prior notice.
- Cancellation of booking can not be accepted of the day. Please inform us "one week earlier" if the room type and room number need to be changed or the check-in date need to be postponed.
- Cancel the booking on the check-in date or do not inform us: THREE B&B has the right to confiscate 100% booking amount.
- Cancel the booking in 2 to 13 days: 30% of deposit will be confiscated.
- Cancel the booking in 14 days or more: deposit will be returned fully.
- The absence from THREE B&B is due to the traffic disruption which is caused by natural disaster (according to the announcement of Hualien government: no school and no working) the deposit will be returned fully. In addition, we will provide 50% off of room price for your stay during the irresistible period.
